About Me
My journey in health and wellness started early, growing up in an active household and continuing into college, where I played volleyball while earning my Bachelor of Science in Movement Science and Psychology from Winona State University. During this time, I also began to understand the importance of mental health as I faced my own challenges.
After graduating, I worked as a personal trainer while pursuing certification in mental health education. While helping clients reach their physical health goals, I realized the importance of a more holistic approach to wellness. This led me to further my education in nutrition, combining my knowledge of physical fitness, mental health, and nutrition to support clients in achieving true, whole-person well-being.
I’m passionate about guiding clients to not only meet their health goals but to empower them to take control of their wellness journey. Whether it’s improving physical health, managing stress, or nourishing the body, I believe in a comprehensive approach to optimal well-being.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, painting, and staying active. I love spending time with my friends, family, and my cat, Hazel.
